Researchers at the Faculty of Law with connection to the Centre conduct research within many different legal fields, e.g. family law, procedural law, criminal law, social law and public law, dealing with questions such as combating violence and vulnerability, specialized juvenile courts, evaluation of evidence in relation to children, custody cases, young offenders, children's rights in the school world, the child's best interests in the migration process, honor-related vulnerability, the parents' criminal responsibility, children's rights to participation and the role of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in Swedish law. Several of the projects have interdisciplinary connections and are conducted in collaboration with representatives from other scientific fields – both from other faculties at Stockholm University and other universities in Sweden and abroad.
